All Indonesia Arrival Card - Bali

Guide on How to Fill the All Indonesia Arrival Card

If you’re planning a holiday to Club Med Bali, Club Med Bintan, or anywhere else in Indonesia, there’s one small but important step you’ll need to take before entering the country: filling out the All Indonesia Arrival Card. It’s quick, it’s easy, and the best part is, you can do it online before your trip. That means less time queuing after your flight and more time enjoying your holiday.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about the All Indonesia Arrival Card, from where to fill it out to the details you’ll need to prepare.

What is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?

The All Indonesia Arrival Card is a mandatory electronic form required for all travellers entering Indonesia, whether you’re a tourist or a returning resident. It collects basic information such as your passport details, travel dates, and accommodation in Indonesia. Think of it as the digital version of the old paper arrival card you used to fill out on the plane.

Important to note: The “All Indonesia” arrival card was officially rolled out starting 01 September 2025 at Jakarta, Bali, and Surabaya airports. From 01 October 2025, it will become mandatory at all Indonesian international airports.

The All Indonesia Arrival Card is not a visa application. It’s simply an entry requirement. If you need a visa, you’ll still have to apply separately.

  • ASEAN passport holders (such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc.) can enter Indonesia with a 30-day visa exemption.
  • Other nationalities may apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA), if eligible which is usually valid for 30 days and can be extended once.

Where to Fill It Out

You can fill the All Indonesia Arrival Card before you arrive. It’s recommended to complete it within 36 hours of your flight to Indonesia. Once done, you’ll receive a QR code that you’ll need to show at immigration. Save it on your phone or print it out just in case.
