Bintan Island, Indonesia
- Check-in at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at least 2 hours before ferry departure.
- On arrival at Bintan, collect your baggage and exit to arrival hall
- Register your attendance at the Club Med counter near the exit of the ferry terminal.
- The Club Med representative will assist you to your transfer.

- Domestic Terminal
- Collect your baggage and exit to arrival hall.
- Proceed to Club Med transfers desk at level 1F between gates 4 and 5.
- Register your attendance at least 30 minutes before bus departure time.

- Transfer schedules cover trains from/to Sapporo/New Chitose.
- Transfers does not cover trains from Obihiro
- Driver will hold a Club Med sign at the station exit.
- There is no station attendants. Please purchase return tickets in advance.
- There are no elevators or escalators at the station.
Velana International Airport, Maldives
- Collect your baggage and exit to arrival hall.
- Proceed to Club Med transfers desk at Counter E9.
- Register your attendance.
- The Club Med representative will assist you to your speedboat transfer.
