Step 1: Clear Customs
Collect your checked baggage from the carousel and exit completely through the doors into the public Arrival Hall.
Step 2: Locate the Counter
Look out for a representative holding a distinct Club Med sign or proceed directly to the designated airport service desk listed in the directory below.
Step 3: Register Attendance
Present your digital or printed Club Med booking voucher to the staff to register your attendance and verify your final resort destination.
Step 4: Board Your Shuttle
The representative will guide you directly to your scheduled coach, private car, or speedboat transfer.

- Check-in at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at least 2 hours before ferry departure.

Yes, absolutely. While Club Med transfers are automatically bundled into the flight package, independent travelers who book their own flights can add standalone transfer services to their reservation through Travelution Holidays.
What happens if my flight to the resort is delayed?
Club Med actively monitors your flight for delays. For major hubs like New Chitose Airport in Sapporo, the airport counter staff track incoming flight statuses in real-time and will automatically do their absolute best to accommodate you on the next available scheduled bus transfer once you land.
Is there a luggage limit on the transfer coaches and speedboats?
Generally, the transfer services mirror standard international airline allowances (one large check-in bag and one piece of hand luggage per person). If you are traveling with oversized sports equipment like ski bags or golf clubs, please inform us during booking so we can notify the resort to guarantee adequate cargo space and arrange a suitable vehicle.
Is a baby seat provided during the airport transfer?
Club Med’s standard scheduled bus and mini-bus transfers are not equipped with baby seats, and there are no suitable models compatible with large coaches.
If a baby seat is a strict requirement for your peace of mind, you must book a private transfer. Please inform your Travelution Holidays consultant during the booking process so we can secure a dedicated private vehicle equipped with the appropriate child restraints for your family.
