Can I earn Great Members points when booking through Travelution?
Yes, when an eligible Club Med booking is correctly linked to your Great Members profile. Share your member number and account details before confirmation.

Can I use points to pay for a holiday?
No. Great Members points determine recognition status and benefits; they are not a cash balance or payment currency.

What are the published tier thresholds?
Turquoise is the entry tier, Silver begins at 10,000 points, Gold at 27,000 points and Platinum at 55,000 points, subject to current programme rules.

When do points expire?
The existing programme information states that points remain valid until 24 months after the return date of the qualifying stay. Club Med may revise programme rules, so the account should be checked before booking.

Can family members share one profile?
Eligible household members can be linked according to Club Med rules. The existing programme information allows up to six adults in a household profile, plus eligible dependent children.

How do referral rewards work?
A qualifying referral may earn bonus points after the new guest completes an eligible first trip. Minimum stay, blackout dates and discount limits can apply.

Are benefits guaranteed at every resort?
No. Transfers, room upgrades, early access, late checkout and other privileges can depend on resort participation, availability and the conditions of the stay.

What should I send Travelution to check my account?
Send the member’s full name, email address and Great Members or client number if known. We can then help review the profile against the proposed booking.
