What constitutes a "Group Booking" at Club Med?
A group booking requires a minimum of 20 adult guests or 10 rooms traveling together on the same itinerary. Bookings smaller than this are processed under standard individual leisure rates.
Do attendees earn Club Med Great Members loyalty points on corporate group bookings?
Can we customize the daily itinerary or do we have to follow the resort's schedule?
Your group has absolute freedom. While the resort offers a full daily schedule of activities, entertainment, and dining hours, your corporate agenda is completely up to you.
You can reserve private meeting blocks, arrange exclusive group dinners (extra cost applies), or schedule free time for your team to explore the resort at their own pace.
Is it possible to brand the resort with our company logo and corporate colors?
Yes. For standard group bookings, you can brand the private meeting rooms, digital signage displays, and private dinner tables.
If you want full corporate immersion, including exterior flags, and main theater branding, you can opt for a Full Resort Buyout, giving your company exclusive ownership of the entire property.

Are meeting rooms and AV equipment included in the standard all-inclusive package?
No, meeting rooms and audio-visual setups are not part of the standard individual all-inclusive package. Meeting room rental is required for corporate groups.
Depending on your needs, a dedicated meeting package, which covers the room rental, essential AV setups (projector, screen, microphone, Wi-Fi), and corporate coffee breaks, will be factored into your customized group proposal as a separate, mandatory line item.

How do ski lessons and lift passes work for corporate groups?
To ensure zero time is wasted, ski lift passes are pre-printed and handed directly to your group coordinator or placed in guest welcome packets upon arrival.
Group ski and snowboard lessons are separated completely by skill level from absolute beginners to advanced riders, are fully included. Your team members simply join their respective level groups each morning.
What happens if some team members do not know how to ski or snowboard?

Pricing
- Rates: Club Med group package prices require a minimum of 20 people, 10 rooms or the use of meeting room facilities.
- Rates Include: Accommodation, all-day dining, open bar, group sports lessons, entertainment and kids’ clubs (4+ years)
- Not Included: Flight tickets, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, private sports lessons, excursions, laundry services, room surcharges, childcare for children below 4 years old, premium dishes and drinks, items marked with an asterisk (*), and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
- Final Price: Rates are dynamic and may change at any time without prior notice. Prices are only confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been successfully validated.
Age-Based Discounts
- Teens (12–17 years): Up to 20% off the adult rate.
- Children (4–11 years): Up to 40% off the adult rate.
- Toddlers & Infants (Under 4 years): Stay for free.
Reservation and Group Changes (Days Before Check-in):
- 30 or more days: A reduction of up to 10% in the total number of people booked is permitted without penalty.
- More than 7 days: Modifications such as changing names or room types are permitted, subject to availability at the resort. An administration fee and any price difference will apply.
- 7 days or less: No further modifications are permitted; any drops in numbers will be subject to the standard cancellation charges below.
Cancellation Charges (Days Before Check-in):
- 60 or more days: Deposit is forfeited
- 59 to 30 days: 70% of total holiday cost
- 29 to 0 days: 100% of total holiday cost
Payment Schedule
- More than 30 days from check-in: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is required to confirm your Club Med group reservations. The remaining 70% balance must be settled at least 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Within 30 days of check-in: Full payment (100%) is required immediately upon booking to validate and confirm your stay.
- Failure to settle the balance by the 30-day deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of the deposit.
Important Notes
- Loyalty Points: Club Med Membership Points are not applicable for group bookings. There is no member status or individual benefits awarded for travelers within a group contract.
- Resort Restrictions:
- Club Med Kani: Children under 6 months are not permitted. Children under 8 years are not permitted in the Overwater Suites.
- Club Med Finolhu Villas: Children under 8 years are not permitted.
- Rooming Setup: An interconnecting room refers to two separate rooms that are connected by a middle door. An extra charge applies for this room type.
- Extra Charges: Additional charges apply for Baby Club, Petit Club, private lessons, excursions, selected activities, and items marked with an asterisk (*).
- Accuracy: While we strive for precision, Travelution Holidays is not liable for errors or omissions. All offers and bookings are governed strictly by Club Med’s terms & conditions and can change at any time without notice
