Flights to New Chitose Airport
Reaching Club Med Kiroro Tomamu is actually quite simple. When available, AirAsia X offers seasonal direct flights from Kuala Lumpur straight to New Chitose Airport, which makes the journey even more convenient. If the direct option doesn’t line up with your travel dates, you’ll find plenty of flights connecting through major hubs like Bangkok, Tokyo, or Osaka. Whether you end up flying with AirAsia X, Thai Airways, ANA, Japan Airlines, or another carrier, we’ll take care of the booking arrangements for you. That way, you can spend less time stressing about logistics and focus on packing for your trip.

Mina Mina Beach (Operated by Hoshino Resorts)
Featuring Japan’s largest indoor wave pool, a dedicated children’s pool, and an indoor Japanese-style public bath. Opening hours: 11am to 8pm (Last entry 7pm). Guests with visible tattoos will need to cover up with a bandage when swimming or using the onsen. 

Ice Village (Operated by Hoshino Resorts)
Experience a magical winter wonderland suitable for all ages, encased in the beauty of frost and snow. Admission requires an entrance fee. Opening hours: 5pm to 10pm. (Last entry 9.30pm)

Ski or Snowboard Group Lessons
On your first evening, take a moment to sign up for lessons. Groups are organised by levels, so whether you’re brand new to the ski/snowboard or polishing advanced techniques, you’ll be paired with others at the same level. Instructors know the terrain like the back of their hand, making it easy to learn, progress, and most importantly, enjoy yourself.

Lift Pass Included
Check in and you’ll receive your ski lift pass, ready to go from your second day until the day before you leave. It’s not valid on arrival or departure days, giving you time to settle in and pack up without rushing. Once active, your pass opens up the entire Tomamu ski area, so you can ride lift after lift and explore as much terrain as you like.

Ski Pro Shop
Leave your bulky equipment at home. The ski pro shop at Tomamu stocks everything you might need, from beginner-friendly gear to high-performance sets for experienced riders. The GOs will help get you fitted properly, and if you want to swap gear or try something different mid-trip, it’s quick and easy.

Ski-In/Ski-Out Access
This is pure convenience. Walk out of the resort, clip into your skis or snowboard, and you’re already at the mountain. At the end of the day, glide straight back to the ski departure door at Club Med Tomamu. No buses, no waiting. Just smooth, seamless access the way a ski holiday should be.

If you forgot something essential, like goggles or gloves, the boutique has you covered.
