Where exactly is the resort located and how do I get there?
The resort is located in Taicang, Suzhou (Jiangsu Province), right next to Shanghai.
- By Train: It is incredibly convenient. The resort sits directly adjacent to Taicang South Railway Station. You can take a high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Station, and you will arrive at the resort gates in under 30 minutes!
- By Car/Taxi: It is roughly a 1-hour drive from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) and about 1.5 to 2 hours from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG).
What should I wear or pack for the indoor ski dome?alaysia?
The indoor ski dome is kept at a sub-zero temperature (around -1°C to -3°C) to keep the snow fresh, while the main resort building is cozy and heated.
Your Alps Snow World ticket includes the rental of a winter jacket, snow pants, and snow boots. However, we highly recommend packing your own thick winter socks, a warm beanie, a neck warmer, and winter gloves, as these are not provided for rental due to hygiene reasons.
Can my kids join the ski slopes or the Snow Park?
Yes! The Alps Ski Live dome features a gentle slope specifically designed for children to learn safely.
For younger children or non-skiers, the Alps Ice & Snow Park features over 10 fun snow attractions, obstacle paths, and a real penguin camp. (Note: Children must be aged 4 and above to utilize the snow passes included in the All-Inclusive package).

Age Restrictions & Check-In Eligibility
- Accompanied Minors Policy: In strict compliance with Club Med global policies and the local laws of the destination country, guests who are below the drinking age of the destination country cannot book a resort stay independently.
- Booking Requirement: Any guest under the legal drinking age must be registered in the same booking as an accompanying adult who has reached the drinking age in that destination country
- Enforcement: Club Med reserves the right to request valid passport verification upon check-in.
