Vehicle Capacity
Each 37-seat shuttle operates with a reduced capacity of 20–25 guests to ensure comfort and sufficient luggage space.
Reservation & Boarding
Advance reservation is required. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are no confirmed bookings for a scheduled departure, the shuttle service will not operate for that time slot.
Extreme Weather Contingency
In the event of extreme weather, guests will first be transported to the nearest high-speed railway station. Guests will then arrange their own train tickets to Yabuli West Railway Station, where resort shuttle transfers will continue as normal.

It is highly recommended to purchase heavy-duty, specialized winter gear directly upon arriving in Harbin to ensure adequate insulation against the severe cold.
- Optimize Your Ice and Snow World Dates: If you plan to visit the famous Harbin Ice and Snow World alongside your Yabuli ski trip, time your travel for after Christmas. The festival closes in late February depending on the weather, closing as early as February 21 in past years due to rising temperatures, so it is best to plan your visit no later than mid-February to guarantee the park is open.

Can I take a high-speed train to Club Med Yabuli?
Yes! Rail travel is highly efficient in this region. The resort is accessible from three nearby train stations:

Are ski lift passes and ski lessons included?

Is Halal food available at Club Med Yabuli?
No, the resort is not Halal-certified. Because Club Med Yabuli serves alcohol and specializes in regional Northeastern Chinese (Dong Bei) cuisine, which heavily features pork dishes like crispy sweet and sour pork, braised pork belly, and traditional hot pots, it cannot hold a Halal certification.
The remote mountain location of Yabuli means ingredients are primarily locally sourced and not Halal-certified. While the main buffet features clearly labeled pork items alongside seafood, vegetarian, and egg dishes, guests seeking strict dietary compliance should contact the restaurant team upon arrival; they can walk you through the selections to identify safe options or discuss bespoke meal preparations.

- Rates: Club Med package prices are per adult, based on double occupancy in a Deluxe Room for selected check-in dates.
- Rates Include: Accommodation, all-day dining, open bar, group sports lessons, ski pass, entertainment and kids’ clubs (4+ years)
- Not Included: Flight tickets, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, private sports lessons, excursions, laundry services, room surcharges, childcare for children below 4 years old, premium dishes and drinks, ski jacket and pants rental, ski/snowboard equipment rentals, items marked with an asterisk (*), and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
- Final Price: Rates are dynamic and may change at any time without prior notice. Prices are only confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been successfully validated.

- Teens (12–17 years): Up to 20% off the adult rate.
- Children (4–11 years): Up to 40% off the adult rate.

Age Restrictions & Check-In Eligibility
- Accompanied Minors Policy: In strict compliance with Club Med global policies and the local laws of the destination country, guests who are below the drinking age of the destination country cannot book a resort stay independently.
- Booking Requirement: Any guest under the legal drinking age must be registered in the same booking as an accompanying adult who has reached the drinking age in that destination country
- Enforcement: Club Med reserves the right to request valid passport verification upon check-in. Failure to comply with local age eligibility rules will result in the immediate denial of resort entry and the cancellation of the stay by the resort, with a 100% cancellation penalty applied to the client.
Reservation Changes (Days Before Check-in):
- 60 or more days: A fee of MYR200 per person applies for amendments. However, the fee will be waived if the new booking is of a higher value, and you will only need to pay the fare difference.
- Within 60 Days: Subject to cancellation charges below.
Cancellation Charges (Days Before Check-in):
- 60 or more days: Deposit is forfeited
- 59 to 31 days: 50% of total holiday cost
- 30 to 15 days: 70% of total holiday cost
- 14 to 0 days: 100% of total holiday cost
Payment Schedule
- More than 60 days from check-in: A deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 80% balance must be settled at least 60 days before check-in.
- Within 60 days of check-in: Full payment (100%) is required immediately upon booking to validate and confirm your stay.
- If your package includes airfare, 100% of the flight cost is required at the time of booking, regardless of the check-in date.
- Failure to settle the balance by the 60-day deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

- Restrictions: Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods or when availability is limited.
- Promotions: All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Certain offers may not be valid during blackout dates, especially during peak travel seasons such as Chinese New Year, year-end holidays, and school holidays.
