Children, rooms & occupancy
Child rates apply from ages 4–11, based on year of birth. Each room generally requires at least two full-paying adults; Deluxe Family and Family Pool View rooms require four full-paying adults.
Single supplements apply except for suites, which require at least two adults. The stated supplements are MYR190 per person per night for Standard and Superior rooms, and MYR220 for Deluxe and Villa rooms.

Peak-date charges & tourism tax
Weekend surcharge: MYR50 per adult and MYR30 per child, per night.
School-holiday and public-holiday surcharge: MYR100 per adult and MYR60 per child, per night.
A tourism tax of MYR10 per room per night applies to foreign tourists and is collected at check-in.

Payment, changes & cancellation
Reservations require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of MYR120 per person. Full payment is due at least 30 days before arrival.
Payments are forfeited for cancellation, no-show or booking amendments. Unused package services do not qualify for refunds or rate reductions.

Ferry, weather & price changes
Boat departures may be rescheduled or cancelled because of sea or weather conditions, and the departure jetty may change.
The resort is not responsible for extra costs caused by severe weather, flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Package conditions and prices may change because of errors, government regulations or operational requirements.
