Club Med Travel Fair 2025

Your Club Med stay is all-inclusive, so most of what you need for a stress-free holiday is already covered. This includes:

Some premium experiences, excursions, or spa treatments may come with an extra charge, but the core holiday experience is already part of your package.

When booking with Club Med, travel dates need to be fixed at the time of reservation so your accommodation and/or flights can be secured at the current rates. Paying without selecting a date isn’t possible, as prices and availability depend on your chosen travel period.

If you’re not 100% sure about your dates, we can check flexible options or see if a change is possible later. Keep in mind, though, any changes after booking may be subject to availability and fare differences.

Booking more people doesn’t mean the price will drop. Club Med’s rates are tied to specific room allotments, so once the lower-priced room allotment sell out, the price can go up. In some cases, the lower room category may have limited availability, which means a bigger group might need to stay in different room types, and that can also increase the overall cost.

For the Club Med Travel Fair promotion, the offer applies to bookings of fewer than 20 people. If your group is larger, we can request group rates for you, but Club Med membership perks will not apply to group bookings. Group rates are also usually not available during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, or Chinese New Year.

Club Med Changes

• You can change the guest name, travel date, or resort more than 60 days before check-in with a change fee of MYR 200 per person. If your new travel date has a higher price than the original booking, the change fee will be waived.
• For changes made less than 60 days before check-in, the cancellation policy will apply.

Club Med Cancellations

• More than 60 days before check-in: Deposit forfeited
• 59 to 31 days before check-in: 50% of total cost
• 30 to 15 days before check-in: 70% of total cost
• 14 to 0 days before check-in: 100% of total cost

Change and Cancellation For Flights, Private Transfers, etc. 

• These follow the terms and conditions of the respective supplier. Please note that some promotional air tickets may not allow any changes or cancellations.
