The final leg from the airport to the resort can often be the most stressful part of travel, especially when navigating a new destination with young children or heavy gear.

• The Bundle Advantage: Your airport-to-resort ground transportation is automatically aligned with your flight itinerary. Because Club Med operates collective (shared) transfers for most destinations, shuttles run on optimized, scheduled timelines.

• In Case of Delays: If your flight is delayed, you don’t have to worry about being stranded or scrambling to book an expensive private taxi. Club Med will coordinate to seamlessly accommodate you onto the next available scheduled transfer.

• Standard Checked Baggage: Depending on the specific airline and route selected by Club Med, standard checked baggage allowances are typically included; however, this is strictly subject to the individual airline’s terms and conditions.

• Sports Equipment Note: The Club Med flight package do not automatically include allowances for sports equipment (such as golf bags, ski equipment, or snowboards). If you plan to bring your own gear, you must inform the Travelution team in advance so we can check the airline’s specific sports baggage policies and arrange the necessary add-ons for you.

• Vehicle & Transfer Logistics: Because Club Med utilizes a mix of transport types, ranging from large coaches to standard taxis depending on the destination and arrival volume, informing us about your extra luggage or sports gear in advance is vital. This allows us to ensure a appropriately sized vehicle is arranged so you and your equipment travel comfortably to the resort

If you book your own flights and resort separately, you are completely on your own to handle airline phone queues and rebooking chaos if an unexpected delay or cancellation occurs.

• The Bundle Advantage: When you book the Club Med  flight package, you don’t have to deal with the airlines directly. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, the Travelution Holidays team will step in to liaise with Club Med and the airline on your behalf to assist with your travel arrangements.

Note: Please be aware that under Club Med’s standard terms, no refunds or credits are issued for unused resort nights or days resulting from flight delays or late arrivals. • Points on the Entire Package: If you book your own flights, you only earn Club Med Great Member points on the resort portion of your stay. When you bundle them into a Club Med Flight Package, your points are calculated based on the entire package total, meaning you earn points on your resort stay, flights, and collective transfers combined.
