Arrival at the Airport in China
Immigration and Customs
- Follow the signs for Immigration and Baggage Claim
- Complete the arrival card if you haven’t already done so on the plane.
- Show your passport, visa, and arrival card at Immigration
- Collect luggage, then proceed through customs (be mindful of medication, food, and electronics regulations)
If You Booked a Club Med Transfer
- Look for the Club Med representative holding a sign in the arrivals hall. They will guide you to the shuttle or private vehicle.
- In some cases, the resort may arrange a local taxi driver instead of a Club Med representative. They may not hold a sign but could approach you directly to ask if you are going to Club Med. Always verify details before getting into the vehicle.
- Travel time varies depending on resort and airport (e.g., Guilin about 1 hour from Liangjiang Airport; Yabuli around 3.5 hours from Harbin Airport)
Important: If you’re traveling with large suitcases or ski gear, please inform Travelution Holidays in advance. We’ll notify the resort to arrange a larger vehicle for your comfort.
