Hokkaido Private Transfers

• Prices are per vehicle per way, and are valid for services up to 30 April 2026.
• This service is provided by Hokkaido transport suppliers. It is not affiliated or contracted by Club Med.
• Prices in Japanese Yen (JPY) are the actual rates. Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) amounts are estimates based on current exchange rates for your convenience. Final payment will be processed in MYR at the conversion rate on the payment date, after deducting the deposit.
• A non-refundable deposit of MYR100 is required to secure your booking.
• Balance is due 30 days before travel. Any unpaid bookings may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
• Changes are accepted up to 7 days prior to service date and subject to availability.
• Cancellation – Standard Taxi, Alphard and Grand Cabin Hiace
  Cancellation up to 07 days before service date is free of charge. Bookings cancelled from 06 to 03 days is subject to 50% penalty of total cost, while cancellation within 3 days, is subject to 100% penalty of the total cost. Cancellation after 3pm, Japan Time (JST) will be treated as cancelled the next day
• Cancellation – Micro Bus, Medium Bus and Full Size Bus
  Cancellation up to 12 days before service date is free of charge. Bookings cancelled from 11 to 03 days is subject to 50% penalty of total cost, while cancellation within 3 days, is subject to 100% penalty of the total cost. Cancellation after 3pm, Japan Time (JST) will be treated as cancelled the next day
• Surcharges apply for pickups between 21:30 and 07:00 hours, multiple pickups or drop-offs within the same area, during peak season, and other specified periods.
• If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us immediately. A new service date or time will be arranged at no extra charge, subject to availability. You may need to wait until a suitable vehicle can be provided. If you decide to make alternative arrangement and cancel the booking, cancellation policy will apply.
• In the event the driver has been despatched to the airport before the notification of the flight delay or cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, irrespective if the driver has reached the pickup location.
• It is strongly advised to safeguard yourself with travel insurance to cover potential cancellation fees
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and the refund amounts provided by the supplier. The refund may vary due to changes in currency exchange rates. Bank charges such as processing fees or currency conversion fees are non-refundable. 
• If the number of passengers or baggage exceed the declared at the time of booking, alternative or additional vehicle may be required (subject to availability) and additional charges will apply.
• It is your responsibility to be ready at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time for reasons within your control, a waiting charge will apply.
• A booking will be treated as cancelled if you are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time for reasons within your control.
• If more than one drop off or pick up location is requested, a surcharge will apply. Additional stops such as going to supermarket or ski gear rental shops can be request at the time of booking. A waiting charge will be applied. 
• Transport supplier accepts no responsibility for any financial losses, missed flights or any other events due to the transfer vehicle arriving or departing later than the expected time due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions, road closures or any other unexpected circumstances.
• If for any reason, the transport supplier it unable to provide the requested service, any compensation will be limited to the total amount of the booking.

• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
