- Private transfer options. Depending on your destination and booking, we may be able to include a private transfer at no extra cost or offer one for a small top-up. Ask us what is available for your trip.
- Thoughtful extras. Ask about referral credits, Club Med gifts and other value-added offers that may be available with your booking. For ski holidays, we also offer items such as ski goggles when you pre-book your ski rentals with us. We will confirm the available extras and any conditions for your booking.
- Personal connections at the resort. Where possible, we can ask our G.O friends to meet you and assist during your stay. We can also pass on a request for a room location that better suits your needs. G.O availability and room allocation remain subject to the resort’s arrangements and cannot be guaranteed.
