Does pre-registration confirm my booking?
No. Registration does not confirm a booking. It allows us to record your travel preferences, check availability and prepare a quotation for you. Your booking will only be confirmed after you approve the quotation, the required deposit has been paid and the booking has been successfully validated.

Do I need to know my exact dates?
Travel dates are needed to check the room availability and pricing. If your dates are flexible, let us know your preferred travel window and we can compare the available dates to find the best combination of price and room choice.

Is a discount guaranteed?
Early booking promotions usually begin with a guaranteed discount. As availability becomes limited or demand increases for certain travel dates, Club Med may adjust the discount level, minimum stay and room occupancy requirements. Booking early gives you the best opportunity to secure the stronger offer and your preferred room, which is why we offer Early Bird registration for upcoming Club Med seasons.

Does submitting first guarantee priority or availability?
Early Bird registration helps us prepare your request in advance, but rooms and availability are still subject to Club Med’s live inventory when bookings open.
If you are a Club Med Gold or Platinum member, you will receive priority booking access before the general public and Silver and Turquoise members. Registering early with us means we can have your travel preferences ready when your eligible booking window opens.

When will Travelution Holidays contact me?
We will follow up when clarification is useful or when relevant booking details and quotations become available. An immediate response is not necessary.

Do I need to pay when I submit the form?
No. The pre-registration form does not collect a booking deposit or create a payment obligation.

Can I include flights and transfers?
Yes. Indicate your departure city and required services so we can consider the complete journey when quoting.

Can I change my preferences later?
Yes. Dates, resort choices, room needs and traveller details can be updated before a booking is confirmed.
