Allow 2.5–3 hours for the coach from New Chitose Airport. We align the flight and transfer so your arrival feels manageable.
There is a free local shuttle from Shintoku, and coin laundry is available on the ground floor of Building C.
Pack swimwear for the pool and Canadian Bath. The traditional Ofuro is used nude and follows Japanese bathing etiquette.

Your selected room, meals, most drinks, lift pass, scheduled group ski or snowboard lessons, entertainment and eligible kids’ clubs are included.

How far is Sahoro from New Chitose Airport?
Allow around 2.5–3 hours by coach, depending on weather and traffic.

Is Sahoro suitable for beginners?
Yes. Its quieter trails, included lessons and easy resort rhythm make it especially reassuring for beginners and families.

Is ski equipment included?
No. Skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and clothing are separate unless a specific offer states otherwise. We can help organise rental.

What childcare is available?
Mini Club for ages 4–10, Teens for 11–13 and Chill Pass for 14–17 are included. Petit Club for ages 2–3 is extra cost; Baby Club is unavailable.

What can non-skiers do?
Guests can enjoy the indoor pool, Ofuro, outdoor Canadian Bath, snow trekking, AR climbing, ski simulator, gym and resort activities.

Are flights and transfers included?
They are excluded unless a specific offer says otherwise. We can package suitable flights and the airport-to-resort transfer.

No. Club Med uses dynamic pricing, so the final amount depends on dates, room, occupancy, traveller ages and live availability.
