Club Med Group General Conditions
- The Club Med group price requires 20 people or more.
- Club Med pricing structure is influenced by the principles of demand and supply. Prices are subject to change at any time due to various factors, including specific dates, availability, the number of people, and the room type. Promotions may be withdrawn without prior notice.
- 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your Club Med group reservations. The remaining balance payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Reduction of 10% in the total number of people booked is permitted without penalty, 30 days or more before check-in.
- Changes such as modifying names or room types, permitted more than 7 days before check-in date and subject to availability at the resort. Administration fee and any price difference will apply.
- Cancellation policy
- 60 days more more prior to arrival date, 30% of cost
- 59 to 30 days prior to arrival date, 70% of cost
- 29 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of cost
- Children aged under 4 years stay for free at Club Med family destinations.
- Children aged 4-11 years stay at up to 40% off adult price at selected family resorts.
- Children aged 12-17 years stay at up to 20% off adult price at selected family resorts.
- Club Med Kani – Children under 6 months are not permitted. Children under 8 years are not permitted in Overwater Suite.
- Club Med Finolhu Villas – Children under 8 years are not permitted.
- A connecting room refers to two separate rooms that are connected by a middle door. Extra charge applies for this room type.
- Extra charge applies for Baby Club, Petit Club, private lessons, excursions, selected activities and , and items marked with an asterisk (*).
